The path

Aliana Lao started CrossFit young, then earned a place on the Philippine national weightlifting team from 2016 to 2018. That foundation — precision under the bar, patience with progress — still shapes how she coaches.

She returned to CrossFit and became a two-time Philippine CrossFit National Champion, with CrossFit Semifinals appearances. Competition taught her what high-level training demands — and what everyday athletes still need: clarity, accountability, and a plan that respects real life.

Today she coaches 1:1 online clients worldwide from Cebu, with in-person options locally. Her brand story is strong and feminine — her identity, never a gate on who she coaches. All genders are welcome.

How she coaches

Strength and femininity can coexist. Fitness is more than the mirror — health, longevity, confidence, and the ability to do hard things. Training should be honest, progressive, and personal.
